CURIOSITY: the name
If you read it in italian, Verdelite is pronounced exactly as it's written.
But also the different pronunciations in other languages have some interesting meaning.
Let see some:

Verdelight
This is how you read the name in English. Light here can have two different meanings: if you intend it as an adjective it means something mild that can expand in the air naturally, with an evident reference to the ethereal dimension of the web. If you consider it as a noun it means a bright spring that represent a guide through the green market world and all the improvement that Internet can bring to this sector.

Verd’elite
It's evident the meaning in French ( Elite of the green market ). It represents a clear reference to the niche market.

However Verdelite existed before us indeed.
The green tourmaline actually ( or better Verdelite, as the experts call it ), is a crystal that belongs to the Tourmaline family, to which are associated curative and exoteric characteristics.
Tourmalines are precious stones with a unique colours set.
According to an ancient egyptian legend this depends on the fact that tourmalines moved from the centre of the earth to the sun on a rainbow and during the trip they acquired all its colours. This explains why we're used to call it " rainbow stone".
